Default 06 CC Prec Electrical/battery ?

Pulled it out of the shed after winter in Chicago and had to push cart in garage.

Charged and tested volts 48.49
each battery was over 8.2 volts
then
Waited 24hrs and still above 48 as tested together
then tested each, 5 battery over 8.0 volts and one 7.8 after 24

Issue is, will not move if I floor pedal
If I barely push pedal only 1/2 inch max it will move kind of

replaced pedal switch last summer

If I hold brake and press gas to floor, volts hold 48 then drop to as low as 38 with in seconds then clicks and motor stops.

At 48 volts you are under 50% charge. Time for new batteries.

I did see that chart you posted in my search.

Its safe to say that battery is weak as hell then.
I figured, just wanted a 2 opinion before I buy a set.
thanks

I am just curious about the age of your batteries?

Can you post what the 2 digit code is? Should be a letter and a number A7 would be January 2017.

Thank you,
George
