Re: Battery light on 25 seconds off 10 seconds
Possible the Charger is shutting off before batts get a full charge
Possible to try another charger? Good , clean #10 charger wires, terminals & connections from charger plug to batts? Pack voltage while charging, when charger just shuts off? Charger amp meter reading when charging? |

Re: Battery light on 25 seconds off 10 seconds
Ok I'll try another charger. I thought OBC turned charger on and off. 66 volts while charging.52 volts one hour after. All cables are new. 10 guage wires and connectors good. Thanks for quick response!!

Re: Battery light on 25 seconds off 10 seconds
Reset OBC by removing neg. cable for 10 min. and then recharge...should stop the battery light from coming on unless you have added something that has by-passed the OBC.😎

Ok thanks Boss I haven't reset OBC. No I'm not bypassing OBC. Already been down that road. That's why I have new batteries and new OBC!

Re: Battery light on 25 seconds off 10 seconds
Make sure you only have a single cable on the Solenoid big post that goes to the Controller B+.
Any other wires on the Solenoid big post should be on the battery side. On the by-pass question, there should also be only a single pack negative cable. |

Ok thanks Sergio! So you're saying my negative wires for my voltage reducer and state of charge meter should go to controller B- not #6 negative post

Re: Battery light on 25 seconds off 10 seconds
Definitely the voltage reducer negative should be on Controller B-.
I was referring to only have one big cable going from the pack negative battery post, passing through the OBC to the controller B-. Sometimes folks upgrade their cables and try to run a second one in parallel with the stock one and around the OBC. |
