Is this a series car or an IQ? Serial number?

What's the total battery voltage? Have you measured voltage across the entire battery pack?

Do the tires spin freely by hand?

Jack it up in the rear and get that same pack voltage reading while pressing the go pedal. See how much drop you get on the battery pack.

Do all the tires turn free by hand. You could have something locking one wheel, front or back.

The Motor itself may be locked.

When both wheels are OFF the ground and You turn a wheel by hand, the Motor does not have to turn since the differential spins around the motor shaft and causes the other wheel to turn in the opposite direction.

Try lifting a single wheel and turning it.
