Re: 2006 48 volt club car not running
That would be the most likely thing. When the motor went bad the controller likely burned up trying to turn bad motor.

Re: 2006 48 volt club car not running
What are your battery voltages now that you have your new motor installed.
Can you check each individual battery, and then check the total pack voltage? Also what is total pack voltage with the cart jacked up and the go pedal depressed? Aflyer |

Re: 2006 48 volt club car not running
50.4 total pack
8.3 each battery Drops to 46.2 when raised and running, I don't run it long cause I don't want any harm to new motor or something just don't understand why cart will only run in reverse no matter what position toggle switch is in and runs like a champ when raised but won't move when on ground |

Re: 2006 48 volt club car not running
That seems strange, batteries don't look too bad, and it runs on jack stands but not on the ground.
Time for the professionals to offer help. Sorry, I am out of ideas, Aflyer |

Re: 2006 48 volt club car not running
Not sure which motor you installed. What motor is it?
Assuming it's a compatible motor, the culprit would be a bad controller. Time for an Alltrax. |

Re: 2006 48 volt club car not running
Definitely a compatible motor and definitely a bad controller.
