Default Club car 2008

Alright guys I'm hoping I didn't make a bad purchase, the serial number is AQ0848 it runs but seems to loose power quick my hand help gps says around 6.7 mph batteries all show proper voltage I'm thinking from what I've read it is prolly the speed controller how else do I check this and can I bypass this or what are some links to buying a new one and what do I need to know to do so ?

How old are the batteries?

12-24 hours after a full charge, post voltage numbers of each battery and the pack as a whole. 6.7mph isn't right.

Batteries are the heart and soul of these electric carts, so check them out first.

Here is a quick and dirty test you can do to rule out the speed sensor: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...nsor-test.html

50.0v exactly? If so, your pack is 80% charged. Plug in the charger and let it do its thing.

If that's the case, then you have a bad speed sensor. The cart goes into limp mode of 8 mph when the speed sensor fails.

Ok you're at 100% SOC then. If you had no resistance or beeping, then I would say bad speed sensor all the way. The cart was in run mode when you did the test, correct?
