Default No Power. '93 Transender Battery Question

Need some help. It drives but has no power.
Not driven all winter. Always on charger and cells roped off regularly with distilled water. Specific gravity all around 1230 to 1250 but for one cell that has no specific gravity. That battery tests at at 4.14 volts.... the other 5 at 6.22-6.25.
Battery toast? Or will battery treatment ( desulfidation or what ever it's called) do anything for it?

That battery is toast...
How old are the other batteries?
If they are fairly new, you "can" replace one battery, but that battery will very soon degrade to the same level as the other five. There are places around me that you can buy used golf cart batteries, I would go that route before buying one new battery to replace a bad one. Otherwise, you should just get a whole new pack...

Thank you, Kashmir. Good idea on the used battery. These batteries are several years old but the other 5 are still in the fair part of the specific gravity reading and have good voltage. The cart is not much used now as the kids are out of the house and not going to the pool all summer. It is always plugged into the charger when not in use and all the components are well maintained. New controller 4 years ago.
Are you familiar with the desulfator claims for batteries? Some are just solutions to add to the battery and there are some units you hard wire in that purport to do it.
Any feed back you might have would be appreciated.
Thanks, Land Shark

My brother got some of the "elixr" off of ebay and he swears that it has helped his 2011 6/6 volt batteries tremendously. But I have not tried any.
