Default Precedent Aluminum frame rear seat?

Does anyone have a source for an aluminum framed rear seat kit for a Precedent cart? Being near the beach the steel frame kits rust really fast.

Thanks,
Dennis

Dennis,
Great timing, I just responded to another post about rear folding seats.

I bought the Madjax 300 Aluminum and composite folding seat for my Precedent for the same reason your looking. But I am not as happy with it as I had hoped.

If you leave the short roof on it, your rear seat passengers will be banging there head on it, unless they are children.

One other issue I find is there seat brackets make the front seat back too straight up and down for me.

Just my opinions,

DoubleTake has some options in aluminum. I'm very happy with mine. I have the Patriot. No complaints...

Thanks for the replies, the Doubletake Patriot looks like a good choice.

I found it here:http://www.extremekartz.com/doubleta.../#write_review

Are they any other sources for it?

Revolution carries doubletake. Even if its not on his site. That's where I got my Doubletake Top.

My cart is not a work cart so I didn't need the rear seat flip option. The non flip in my opinion is much nicer. The seat is deeper and there is no edge on the sides to hold the seat when it is flipped down. Those edges and folding hinge can rub legs when the seat is up. May still be optional if you don't need the flip feature. I bought mine a few years ago so don't know...
