Maximum tire size for un-lifted Precedent
I'm picking up a Precedent tomorrow that I plan to dress up a bit with rear seat, tires and wheels. I like the looks of the 12" wheels. Is there a tire-wheel combination that will work without a lift kit. Is there a low profile tire that would work with a 12" wheel? If not, what about 10" wheels.

I dare not contradict crash test dummy, but here are some websites we used in your same situation with our precedents.
