Can anybody help with club car hooking up an alltrax controller?
I have a 1984 club car that someone tried to convert from 36v to 48v and they did it all wrong so I purchased a alltrax update kit..It said I could use the factory forward/reverse switch but recommended I buy the heavy duty switch. My issue is where do I hook up the S1,S2,A1,A2 wires to the switch? nothing is labled,I will include pics...Thanks in advanced!

Re: Can anybody help with club car hooking up an alltrax controller?
You should have a wiring diagram for a manual FNR switch as well, but here is one way to connect:
The Motor terminals S1 and S2 go to the swivel terminals (center) of the FNR. The Motor terminal A2 goes to side terminal of the FNR switch. The 2 terminals on the bottom of the FNR need to be connected together and then go to the Controller B+. Controller M- goes to Motor terminal A1. When you are done if the cart moves on the opposite direction indicated by the FNR switch, just swap the S1 and S2 cables on the back of the FNR switch. |

Yes, all of that. Even burn down the neighborhood. But, if you do what Sergio said to do above, the worst that can happen is you will have to swap the 2 wires on the FNR switch.

If this is something you just bought and somebody else has been working on it, make sure you know which terminals are which on the motor itself.
