Club car solenoid issue?

First time poster and would appreciate any advice. I have a 2000 club car, serial # A0034- 922835. Had issues with cart jerking when in forward and reverse (usually after it rains, exact same thing twice now). Worked fine when I drove it one afternoon, then it rained that night and started the jerking again. Like bad contact somewhere. Definitely not the batteries, brand new last year. Checked v-glide out, no issues there. Checked forward and reverse switch, seems fine.
So we narrowed it down to the solenoid. I'm not an electrical expert but Googled how to check solenoid and my buddy checked it out with multimeter. Supposedly it's bad, anyway I'm hoping that is the issue and need to know what solenoid to replace it with. The one we took off is a:
WHite-Rodgers/RBM
Type 586-10. Coil 48v D.C. Cont
I can't find the same one anywhere online, there must be one out there that replaces this model, just not sure which one. Thanks for any input?
