Cart #2 build
My second build is well under way. The frame from the donor cart was obviously useless so luckily I found a pretty good one to use. Stripped it down, coated with POR then with truck bed liner. Got the electrical components in and all wired up. Painted the body and got her back on. Please ignore my messy shop. I can't seem to clean up during a project. Once I finish a project I will meticulously straighten everything up, then I'll start a new one and wreck everything again.

Re: Cart #2 build
That's great you had the ability to save that frame. It would have been scrap at my house. Good job

Re: Cart #2 build
NICE but, pic #3 & 4 looks like some Carts Unlimited install instructions being used to catch differential oil drippings

Re: Cart #2 build
This frame was from a 98 but basically the exact same as my 95.
