on MS3 use a DVM set on continuity with cart OFF... touch red and green wires with probes and activate pedal
if switch is good continuity is present ... if not switch is bad

Pulled up the floor and opened up the black box. There was about an inch of water sitting in it! This thing has been in my garage for over a week. I am assuming the micro switch and ITS are toast. I cleaned out the water and have an ITS and MS on order and will try them when I get them. Keeping fingers crossed this is the issue.

replaced micro switch and ITS today. Solenoid still clicks when pedal is depressed and reverse buzzer sounds but no go forward or back. Batteries are holding charge. What to check next?
