Default G16E limo Electrical

I have a G16E limo (12' long bumper to bumper) completely restored.

Could i have a minor problem (brush, f &R)? Or is this cart simply not what i need.

Runs fine on level ground, stalls on camp ground hills with 4 people (remove 2 people and it runs fine), stalls with constant stop and start (will start after a few seconds) (parade) batteries do not seam to last long

batteries new trojan (38 volts full charge) Scotty's digital meter
All connections clean
New solenoid switch - Scotty's
original controller
original F & R
original YAMAHA GE Motor 5BC58JBS 6184
10" wheels 20" tires
4" lift kit

Thank you in advance.

Larger tires and lift kit will greatly reduce available Torque. You need to do something to increase torque to get the extra load up hills.

Thank you Volt Ampere, I am by no means an expert but something just does not feel right. Batteries are not lasting, and the stalling.

Short range & stalling are likely both linked to worn out failing batteries that drop voltage badly under any load.
