Default G16 plum quick motor won't run

Installed upgraded plum quick motor. Cart won't run, and batteries won't take charge. Need help troubleshooting. Could it be the f&r switch, or the motor controller? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

What did you disconnect in the process of changing out the motor? Did everything work before you changed it out? What are your battery voltages?

Only the positive and the negative on the batteries. Everything was running prior to taking off the motor. The batteries are new Trojans running above 36V's. Checked with a meter.

Have you tried putting the old motor back in?

Make sure you got all of your wires hooked back up on the batteries. It's easy to miss one if there were any smaller wires also on the terminals with the main cables. (Been there - done that!)

This is a good hypothesis on what's wrong. Also look to see if you could have bumped something and knocked a connection loose.

Gave up took in to CKD golf cart shop. Better let the experts take a look. Hoping it's an easy fix, but it never is. Thank you all for the input.
