Default DPI charger from hell

Guys help! This charger from hell is back! I independently charged each battery 6x8v to peak condition, took a quick ride, plugged in my DPI 48v charger and the next morning I had a blinking green complete light and massively dead batteries(46v-ish)! Now when plugged in I'm getting an excessive discharge error. What on earth am I doing wrong??? Last week I couldn't get it to charge at all until I replaced the relay, all seemed to work fine...for a few hours
