Something like this to bolt to the axle.

And a bracket coming off the center chunk like this. Not solid to the frame

And an adjustable rod to connect them. So they can move. Like this. Or make some brackets

About welding....arent the tubes steel and the differential some other material...cast alumimum?. Can they be welded?

What about spin it back in place then weld a piece of flat bar all the way across the rear end welded to the lift brackets front and rear?

Bracket above may not solve problem.
You would need 1 for each axle, plus one would still need to control rotational forces from differential housing.

On acceleration, housing with want to twist ( in this case motor forward) then when braking housing will want to rotate backwards, what we see here.

If welding with stainless mig does not work. Doupt drillimg hoisting and pining axle tubes Willa since tubes are already soaked loose pins would fail.
Junkyard rear may be option here.

Solution here is securing tubes to housing. Not securing tubes or houseingg

My thoughts only

I had an axle rotated like that till the cables stopped it on a lifted Club Car Precedent when the u-bolts broke.

If this is about a newer rxv, the locating pins are known to snap off the front of the tube. The solution is rotate the axle back where it should be, carefully & thoroughly mark the location of the axle mounting pads on the axle tubes (to help you align things after disassembly), remove axle & weld the pads directly to the tubes, using the marks you made earlier as your guide (instead of relying on stupid locating pins that snap off).

The reason I dont suggest doing this with thebadle in the cart is because grinding the paint off for a good weld with the axle in place and getting a complete weld would be about impossible

cg, cart has brakes so not an RXV.

Whoops! I messed that up.
Ok, so the repair options depend on just how bad the holes that originally located the housing are. We need a pic of the "pan side" of the axle housing, so we can see the holes just right & left of the pan.

Usually axle housings are press fit with some having a plug weld in housing to keep from rotating, but just looked at my cart and axle tubes look like press fit only.
I would use floor jack under motor to jack up rear to reclock rear housing and tack weld axle tubes to rear housing once aligned.

If floor jack alone does’nt work, heat differential housing while jacking to loosen tubes in housing or persuade with pipe wrench

Can’t imagine force of just jacking up differential with jack won’t work since it originally rotated just due to tourge of motor or super hard braking.

Alignment of motor on axle tubes not super critical so you only need to be close since to far out of alignment will effect lubrication in rear.

I’ve welded several axle housing to rears on race cars, drain oil from rear since it will catch fire.
Wrap wet rags around axle tubes behind brake drums when welding. Keeps seals from damage from heat.

Couple tack welds on each tube is all it will take.

Let us know what you decide.
Kinda more interested in what caused this. Sudden braking, hit something on the ground?
This happen over time or just all of a sudden discover it?
Thanks😊
You cannot weld aluminum cast to steel tube. Race car axles are all steel, easy welding.
