Give it a try. Take a tow strap in case, so someone can pull you out if it doesn't work out.

smokin; my boat is about that big;;; the one about the truck,, now that's embarrassing::::::::::: i did see a guy, forget to tie his boat to the trailer, in a fast river, when he went in, the boat just drifted off. he just started hitting his steering wheel;; could not hear what he was saying

Aluminum fishing boats with small outboards will be no problem for a decently setup cart to pull. But you have to remember that you only have brakes on the rear axle. So whether it's stopping power while towing, or holding the boat from dragging the cart in at the ramp, your brakes are important.

yea, the breaks are my main concern. i thought about carrying a wedge with me to put under the tires. and as far as ramps go mine is not very steep, and they put nice concrete groves in when it was made.. when putting in i don't even get off the cart, i use a long rope and just let the boat drift off the trailer, then pull ahead and untie, never get wet, taking out i put on boots and go in just about to my nee. as i said if i do this i can sell the car i use just for the boat,,,,,,, thanks all for the thoughts
