Yamaha G1 Choke Cable Question
I have a Yamaha G1 Gas Golf Cart, the choke return spring is so strong when I pull out the choke cable and let go it pulls itself back in. In other words I have to hold the choke cable out I can't pull it and leave it half way. Is this normal for the G1
Thanks Dave |

Re: Yamaha G1 Choke Cable Question
That's normal, you shouldn't need to keep it pulled out.

Re: Yamaha G1 Choke Cable Question
Mine is like that. I think that's so you don't drive around with the choke on. If you "need" to run with the choke on, it's a sign that you have bad crank seals. Also a normal thing for these carts.
