Default powerwise charger

i plug in into my cart and all i hear is a click. no humm from the transformer, just a single click. any help is appreciated. thanks

when i do the diode test and put my red lead on the heat sink board and black lead on diode, my tester doesnt change, but when i put my black lead on heat sink and red lead on diode, the numbers change on my meter. bad diode? or bad meter?

and when i put a screwdriver to make black wires touch on the relay, nothing happens either.

tester needs to be set on the conductive setting on your meter
red to board ..black to diode .. beep = bad diode

Make sure you have power at the receptacle. I have, and have seen others, troubleshoot a charger to death only to find out there was no power.
