Ezgo has all the pieces you need.
Hear is the kit. They should have the individual pieces. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Robin 2006 into 1994.5 engine not so Ezgo swap
Thanks ski-doo583. I didn't need the whole kit. The muffler was included with the used engine I bought.
I bought a new style ignitor and this jumper harness. I'm hoping I'm good to go now. I'll find out when the parts get here. One thing I didn't do is get anything for the oil pressure sensor. It wasn't hooked to anything in my old engine so I hope I can get by without it now. |

The oil pressure sensor will not cause the engine to not run so don't worry about that. I would take a volt meter and check the Polarity of your battery and make sure you don't have the battery cables mixed up. I've seen this many times,

Re: Robin 2006 into 1994.5 engine not so Ezgo swap
OK. Thanks to some help from people here I got the newer engine up and running.
Would it be worth anything to put my older 295 Robin that needs to be rebuilt for sale? It does run and is complete, just smokes. It has the clutch, starter/generator, muffler and the old ignitor that I swapped out. Anything I could get out of it would help me recoup some of my costs. My other alternative would be to keep everything for spare parts. Thanks again. |
