Default G2 grounding locations

Cart will not crank, hooked jumper cables to batt negative and to frame and could get it to barely turn over, would stop every compression stroke. Saw some smoke and it wireing harness was hot at a tee. Removed tape at tee and found nothing wrong, i think the B/R wire splice was getting hot and causing the smoke. Looking at the wiring diagram i think the harness is pulling the ground through the oil level sensor.

I threw the cart together from scratch it used to have a 50hp engine in it and i dont know if the wiring is right particulary the grounds.

Other things, blew the pos fuse and the neg fuse over two days very soon beforw this. Get 12v at foot switch and can only repeat 12v at low current silioniod wire, r/w, when the voltage regulator, ignighter, and starter/generator low current wires are unplugged.

fix that problem by running all grounds to the battery terminal. also, the lead end on the cable is a known source of troubles.

Could that be my issue with intermittent spark, I think cgtech has read and responded to some of my cries for help in the past few days..... After reading this I have a little bit of hope.... lol
