Re: 36-48 Conversion/Upgrade
Stop looking at pictures and READ the instructions I wrote and sent - right now the regen diode is backwards.

I already caught that, thanks. This morning I'm going to bypass the key switch to see if that gets the cart running......

Re: 36-48 Conversion/Upgrade
Key switch is good.....checked continuity on switch also checked micro switch. What else would keep controller from turning on??

Re: 36-48 Conversion/Upgrade
If you are still using the reed switch you may have the charger wires reversed. White should be positive and black is negative. Your picture number 5 had the white at the back but I couldn’t see which post it was.

Re: 36-48 Conversion/Upgrade
charger wires are correct. I did find part of the problem, section of harness going to front for switches is bad (gonna have to replace harness) but I shorted the 2 wires for switch close to controller and still nothing

Re: 36-48 Conversion/Upgrade
Why would a motor keep gerking even after letting off accelerator? When turned on it powers up then step on accelerator it just starts gerking until turned off

Re: 36-48 Conversion/Upgrade
I rewired the harness to the front, have a new f and r switch on order.
I guess next thing will be pulling the motor to see what may be causing the issue there, any one have any ideas what it might be? 20180326_190921.jpg 20180326_192531.jpg 20180326_192941.jpg 20180326_194201.jpg |
