Club Car DS flooding out
I have a cub car ds with an ingersoll rand motor. I have cleaned the carb twice and checked the air box. When I stop the engine, the golf cart will not start back up. If I let it sit for a while it will run or if I let it turn over for about 2 minutes it will start. It is getting spark and when I remove the plug it blows out gas. The fuel filters are also new. Thanks for the help.

Re: Club Car DS flooding out
I have cleaned it twice now. The needle seems to be moving fine.

Re: Club Car DS flooding out
Does the float have a small hole or crack filling it with gas not allowing it to float? I have seen this with other small engines.

Re: Club Car DS flooding out
So it turns out that it was a small hose coming out of the carburetor that was plugged up.
