Stopped moving
Played 18 holes of golf yesterday then drove cart home, put cart in reverse and cart would not move in either direction, solenoid is clicking loud and proud.
Batteries were at 49.5 so connected charger. Fully charged this morning at 51.5 still no movement. I did notice the green light was not lit up on the Alltrax Sr48400 controller so I connected my laptop and the controller did start blinking 4 times once hooked up to the laptop (ITS throttle) When the throttle is pressed I am getting 1 green then a series of 6 red blinks, according to the Alltrax owners manual this is a pre-charge error code. e What is the fix for this? 1994 Medalist 48v (36v conversion) series cart with Alltrax SR48400 controller, 400a solenoid, 2 gauge cables and sw182 reverse contactor. Everything installed is less than 6 months old. Thanks |

Re: Stopped moving
I have narrowed it down to what I believe and confirmed with Scottyb is the solenoid.
Has anyone every rebuilt a mzj400 48v solenoid? |
