Default 09 RXV won't charge/charger won't come on

I have had my 2009 RXV for about 4 years now. I had to replace the batteries when I got it and it has been great since. Up until last week. When I plug the charger in the initial multicolored flashes go off like they are supposed but then the slow green flashes never start. On the cart there is a very faint, quick green flash. I had talked to a few people when I got the cart that said those chargers were notorious for going bad so I figured this one had finally bit the dust. I borrowed one from a friend that also has and RXV to test this theory before I bought a new charger, but it does the same color flashes and will not come on either. I did check the voltage to make sure that it was not so low that the charger would not kick on (i do work on a golf course and we have had to do "jump" come clubcars before when the voltage was too low for the charger to come on) and it reads 47 volts, i would think that is in range for it to kick on. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks,

BH

I would try plugging your charger into another cart just to test then if that works it is obviously good. Next check your wires from the port to the batteries and make sure they are good. If yes probably bad charge port.
