No golf cart has a controller that is “hidden” and inaccessible. Sounds like fluff to me.
Take the IQ cart and build it.

With an Alltrax the speed magnet is ineffective, there is an option in the setup menus for 4 or 8 pole magnet which must be set properly.
If you ever get an Alltrax controller and keep the stock IQ motor find out which motor you have - GE or AMD.
The GE motor is good to 400a and the AMD can handle 500a.

Thanks for the advice. I've got thr GE. If I upgrade to an alltrax, a motor and solenoid will be in thr same order. But for now I'm more than happy with just thr magnet :)

I got my magnet installed today, it was actually pretty easy once I took the wheel off. With 6 year old partially discharged batteries, it went 17mph (it topped at 15 with charged batteries before). I put the cart on charge for an hour or two and got it to 18 steady, and at one point it said 20, but I am very skeptical. Either way, 18 made me happy. The cables are in terrible shape, so those got bumped higher on the priority list, as well as finding some good take-off batteries. No, I cannot afford to drop a grand on new Trojies right now.
