Things to check are, key switch, forward and reverse micro switches, pedal switch, depending on what cart you have. Find the wiring diagram in the sticky section for your particular cart and trace that circuit back till you find where the voltage is lost at.
Thanks for the info.

Any luck?
Is there power to the solenoid small wires when you try to go?
Is there ever power to the J1 red terminal?

Evidently when I previously checked J1 and got .5V, I did not press GO. After pressing GO J1 read 51.2V

On small wires on solenoid got 51+V on left side and .9V on right side.

To further check the solenoid see if you have 51v measured between the 2 small posts when you hit the go pedal. If yes 51v then the solenoid should give a loud click each time you press the go pedal.

Also when 51 at J1 red the LED status light should be giving a signal. A repetitive sequence of green or red/green blinks. What is that signal.

Between the 2 small post it read 50V. Solenoid click each time pedal was pressed with key on and in gear. LED does not come on anytime.

I need to make an UPDATE and give credit where due.

Scottyb touched base with Alltrax and they agreed to 'look at' the controller and the possibility of warranting it. About a month after sending it back to Alltrax they advised me that a new was was being shipped to me under warranty

I installed the new controller and ALL is GOOD! Thanks Alltrax and Scottyb!!!
