1999 TXT Reducer and Fuse Box
Planning to install a voltage reducer with fuse block over the weekend. The fuse box I purchased has a built in -bus. Is it okay to wire the B- to the fuse box and then to the reducer? Or should I wire the B- to the reducer first?

Re: 1999 TXT Reducer and Fuse Box
Most DC-DC buck converters are isolated. So you have two sides. One side is input and other side is output.
Input side is wired to B+ and B-... The output side is wired to your fuse block(s). Don't cross the grounds. |

Re: 1999 TXT Reducer and Fuse Box
Just looked at the wiring diagram of the reducer. You are absolutely correct. Thank you!
