Default 2012 Club Car Precedent Intermittent Stalling

2012 Club Car Precedent 48V has intermittent stalling issues. Batteries show 50 volts when fully charged. When it stalls cart slows and stops won’t move until I wait couple of minutes, press accelerator and it may run 100 ft. and stall again, other times it won’t stall for rest of day?? Controller area behind battery gets very hot.

Thanks, Bryan
