Default Removing old USB charger on steering column cover

This can not be 12v wiring?? I have a 48v 2016 CCP new to me, 6-8v batteries cart. I see no dc to dc converter on this cart. I took out the old usb a/b (the small white tag on it’s wiring says OEM) outlet that was mounted on steering column cover. Can anyone tell me what harness behind the dash it might have been wired to? I see 2 black ground wires connected into a blade and 2 heavy guage blue (switched?) wired combined into a blade. This must be wired across batteries, but I really don’t to see the wiring jumping across 2 batteries in the battery compartment. What am I missing?

What's the voltage on the Blue wires?
Quite often the factory or dealer installed reducer is on the front shock/suspension tower behind the steering column. There's a mounting plate pre-drilled for it to mount there.

Power from the batteries will be off the Main + and - cables. If you see no other wiring then the power wiring for the reducer will on the those.

There is no converter mounted there. I did just install one in that location. I was just trying to see if someone could recognize the wiring they used on the old one.

If not there then it may be mounted on one of the frame rails back by the controller.

The wiring looks factory to me. You don't see those style crimp connectors anywhere else.
