85 no power gets really hot
I just purchased a rebuilt 85 ez go and it ran great for a couple of days, but then the driven clutch bolt came out (I think that's what it's called?). I tightened it back in but the cart doesn't seem to have any power and it gets really hot really fast. Any suggestions on trouble shooting? Is there a timing issues or key way that needs to be lined back up?

Re: 85 no power gets really hot
So there is a key that holds it in place and keeps it timed? The cart runs but it really struggles up hills and like I said it gets hot. I will will take it off again to see if hte key is missing. If the key is still there I should just be able to align it back up and tighten the bolts, correct?
