To check the throttle input to the controller, attach the DVM + lead to Pin-1 (white wire) on controller. (Just go in the backside of the Molex connector)
Should read about 0.4V - 0.6V when solenoid clicks and about 1.5V - 1.7V when pedal is on floor.

If you get voltages in that general range, the controller is bad.

If the controller is bad, it would be a good time to upgrade to a 400A or larger aftermarket controller. How big depends on what you plan to do with cart.

Also, it is a series circuit and so total current goes through cables, solenoid, cables, F/R switch and motor equally, so the all must be sized accordingly.

thanx , i'll be back at it tomorrow. I think we have a cart virus going around the park here. I actually did some troubleshooting today on my friends club car and found a bad solenoid on it. A 32.00 fix. Thanx to you guys for all the info!!!
