Default Carb trouble 87 ezgo

I have an 87 ezgo that overflows with gas. Took carb apart several times and cleaned. still doing it. Any thoughts on cause? Needle and float seem fine just not sure if I should buy new carb. Would love any help anybody could give me.

try lowering the float a bit. Place the float in a coffee can with some gas and leave it for a few hours and see if it's still floating. The only thing that can cause flooding is the needle open on the seat or if the choke is not fully open.

or needle isnt connected to the float, they can be tricky sometimes, take carb off, and bowl, and slowly push float up and see where needle seals off, if its more than 90 degrees then bend tab that float attaches to needle so it crashes out at 90 degrees

Tried it all accept leaving float lay in gas for couple hours. I will try that but nobody I call carries floats nor does it come with rebuild kits. Think I might need new carb.

Make sure to clean the jet inside the bolt that holds the bowl on and make sure the tiny holes in the bolt itself are clear
