Default Ignition coil

Hello all.
I recently purchased a 1993 Marathon. It misses at all throttle positions. I tracked it down to a bad spark. It appears as though it has a bad spark plug wire. Now the question. Can I replace only the plug wires? Or do I have to replace the entire coil? Any help is greatly appreciated.
