Default volt meters

P.S. Sorry I forgot, I also have an Listronic too. {don't remember the model right now } This one also I believe won't shut off either & the amp meter quit working too. When I replace the amp meter is it advisable to install a volt meter also? Where would you put it Cart or Charger, and how would you wire it in ? Sorry I'm a welder not very knowledgeable electrician . Thanks again, I appreciate what help you can give me. Guy
