Default how do I by-pass voltage sensor on total charge

I have a '90 EZ-GO cart...the batteries are so depleted the charger won't come on to charge them. (I've checked the charger on another cart)

I've heard there is a way to go inside the Total Charge charger and change a wire so the charger will come on...

Anyone know what needs to change or have a wireing diagram for this?

Thanks...
