2003 txt HS rear end
I have an 03 with a HS rear end under it.This i paid extra for,was told that it was a waste of money,if the engine is not chipped.Can that engine be chipped and how?

Gas carts don't use the speed chip, you can adjust the governor to have it run faster if that hasn't been yet. someone must have thought you had an electric cart when they were telling you about the chip
