Club car cradle setup
Would anyone here have a pics on there big block build on a club car ? Around the year 1986, looking for pics on the dog bone section that drops the cradle, and any pics with a 23hp engine mounted in a club car
By the looks of my build my cradle has to be cut and add a 2-4 inch spacer to give my motor room from the oil filter to the rear end |

Re: Club car cradle setup
This a 94 CC with a VC625 in it. You can just see the oil filter between the rear end and secondary in the first picture. My cart is using a 4" lift and I didn't have to drop the cradle as my engine angle was only about 5 degrees. Could a longer belt help your situation? The VC big block sits on a sub-frame provided by VC, that could also gain you some room if you were trying to bolt the 23hp engine directly to the cradle.

Re: Club car cradle setup
Thanks superpro, that’s what I was worried about was how close the oil filter is to the rear end
