Default Precedent accessory wiring

I currently have a fuse block connected to battery, then wired to relay in dash , triggered by key switch ; and it powers USB charger & backlight for light rocker switch.

Can I change it so my fuse block is powered by solenoid and is triggered by key turning on so I can add more accessories powered in the engine compartment of the fuse block?

basically, instead of having a relay from the keyswith, can i power a fuse block from the solenoid, so the key must be on for all accessories?

I have Bluetooth stereo amp ( boss mc900b ) I want to install in engine compartment that only comes on when key is on. I have a fuse block in engine compartment , if it is possible to run that off the solenoid when key is on it will make adding things like that easier .

I already have relay in the instrument cluster, but I want to power accessories from the fuse block I put in the egnine compartment
