05 carryall brake issues
The brakes on this thing were shot. I changed the rotors and pads all the way around, as well as the rear calipers. The issue I'm having is......is seems as if the front wheels aren't traveling freely. I bled the hydraulic brakes......
I did notice when I removed the calipers on the front, that the plunger was kinda stuck when I pushed it back into the caliper. Any ideas? This is the first golf cart I've worked on. It's a 05 carryall with a gas engine Thanks |

Re: 05 carryall brake issues
I would say the front caliper you said was hard to push in is shot I would replace both sides and roll on. When they go bad they can stick and not release the pad completely.
