Re: EZ-Go carburetor issues - very hard to start
My only contribution here: is fuel getting into the engine? The carb has a bowl held in place by a 12 mm head bolt. That bolt is a jet by itself and there are times dirt gets into it. Make sure that that bolt is cleaned and no dirt inside the jet.
