Default body repair

I have a 96 DS Club Car; the previous owner crashed it while "racing" another stock cart, they tried to run each other off the road. Anyway, the RF fender has some damage, not a gob but a good crack. Are these some kind of plastic or a fiberglass? Will a fiberglass mat repair method work on them?
