Default 36v. INDUSTRIAL 800 cart

I got this ezgo industrial 800 cart.
Iam pretty sure it was flooded, wasn't in working order before, no batteries.
First thing first
I want to test motor?
What the best way of doing this?
Also I don't see a seleniod, not sure if it needs one.There is a speed controller but iam not sure if it's gona be good after flooded.

See attachment to test series wound motor.

It needs a solenoid, they all do.

Drain the water out of the differential and replace all wheel bearings.

Update , found solenoid under a black cover with speed controller, and Curtis controller.
What's the chances that this controller will be good? Lol
I've tried jumping motor with no luck, so i removed and taking it apart to clean.
I will try to post pics.

Looks like a standard 36V Series drive. Have any idea what year cart?

Here are a couple manuals that may help.

Not sure on year, but I think i saw 2002 some whare on a tag.
