Re: 2000 TXT 36v won’t move, solendoid wont click
I agree, the solution could be as simple as a reed switch bypass

Re: 2000 TXT 36v won’t move, solendoid wont click
I was thinking also, when I was checking the small white wire, I was grounding to a battery neg post, not the where the neg wire comes off the pack or the charge port. That may be why I got 6v and not 36? Anyway. Still pouring here, will check all these locations when the weather clears! Thanks again for all the help!

Re: 2000 TXT 36v won’t move, solendoid wont click
Update.
I have 36v to reed/charge recept., both FR micros, key ignition both legs... then nada at the 4 pin MS3 behind the FR switch... not green white or red... pedal engaged. guess I am taking out the floor board and looking for a broken green wire. Lol |

Re: 2000 TXT 36v won’t move, solendoid wont click
Green wire comes from the key switch to the pedal switch. Should be a gray harness coming out of the pedal box with a white 4 pin molex plug. Green wire there came from the key. Should have pack voltage. Red should have voltage when the pedal is pushed.

Re: 2000 TXT 36v won’t move, solendoid wont click
Ok I had it backwards, no wonder there’s no voltage at that 4 pin molex I found. I bet I need a MS at the pedal box. Will confirm this weekend! Thanks!

Re: 2000 TXT 36v won’t move, solendoid wont click
Ok I got to the pedal switch. No voltage to green or red side. Shouldn’t I have power to green since it’s coming from ignition?
Thanks! |

Re: 2000 TXT 36v won’t move, solendoid wont click
If you have power at the green wire at the key switch but not at the molex there is a bad wire in the harness.

Re: 2000 TXT 36v won’t move, solendoid wont click
Ok, so it it’s green from ignition to molex, green from molex to pedal switch, turns red from pedal switch back to molex, stays red to the solenoid. Am I understanding that right?
