As Luke stated, perfectly normal. You need that to occur for the chemical reaction. You really need to let it fully charge by the OBC and it cut off automatically. If it exceeds the 16 hour threshold by more than an hour and does not cut off, it will be safe to assume you have a bad OBC.

I guess "B" prefixes were for rolling chassis provided to Royal Rides (Elmco). |

Yes. This one rolled off the line 13 weeks later. I don't know what they built out of it. It was a chassis with motor and controller when I got it.
