2012 Club Car bucks after MCOR replacement
I have replaced the MCOR4 as after pulling the darn thing apart I couldn't think of anything else.
The cart buck / surges when taking off. Never tried to get to full speed. Didn't want to screw anything up further. Also does this in reverse. Any other ideas? I have a second set of batteries ( geeesh these things are heavy) I was going to charge and take them to the campground and put them in the precedent to see if that makes a difference. Any other ideas. I have read alot of posts but I get more confused the more I read. Thanks, K. |

I think there's a good chance you have a battery issue. Let us know what you find.

If you are sure that MCOR is good (Mexico and NOT China!) then it could be the speed sensor.
