does it hurt to leave cart in reverse with key off?

Maybe a stupid question but here is why I ask. I have been leaving the key on too often lately and my batteries run down. If I leave it in reverse, the buzzer chimes so I will know to turn off key.

Well it shouldn’t matter if the charger is plugged in.

the answer to your question is NO, it "does it hurt to leave cart in reverse with key off".....I leave my cart in "gear" when I park in every time. seeing as how my battery gauge is on the dash, and is only lite up when the cart is ON, I can see from a distance that its either ON or OFF, and if its parked in my garage, it should always be OFF.
