Default Identify Components w/ VIN ??

2010 Club Car Precedent PH1023-10303X

Is there any way to identify components (Motor, Controller, OBC, etc...) through the VIN?

Anyone have any info / links such as "Controllers for Dummies" the ins & outs / capabilities of stock Controllers?

I always try the "search function" before asking questions, never have much luck...

I am new to carts, but I have a decent mechanical background, turning wrenches, working at Dealerships, owning Repair Shops.

TIA
Ed

PH is a Precedent Excel
2010, 23rd week manufacture date

The excel system is similar in ways to the IQ drive system, but doesn’t work with speed magnets. It can be programmed to go about 19mph stock, but power is still limited by the controller.
Should have a GE motor I think, but they’re nothing really special. The motor can get you into the mid 20s speed range with an upgraded controller such as the Alltrax XCT.

It is the black ADC motor, 2005 was the transition year for Precedents from the gray housing GE 5BC59 to the black housing ADC EJ4-4001 motor.
