Default LED 12 Volt Lights Intermittent ON/OFF After Rain

So I was taking my cart to my parents house for Thanksgiving and we got caught in a rain storm... Everything has been drying out and works fine except the LED headlights and small amber LED lights. They run from the front of the golf cart to a voltage reducer. Should I just let them dry out longer?

Note: My golf cart has no top so there was zero protection...

Any water in the Headlights?
I just noticed that my left Headlight has a 1/4" of water in it.
