Default wiring turn signal to tail lights

hi all,
I have a 90 Marathon with factory fitted lights, I have fitted a factory turn signal stalk, wired up the front turn amber lights and they work just fine, at the rear tail lights it is a 3 wire & two fillement bulb for tail and brake lights, the wiring for the turn signals is there but I would like to know how do I wire up to the tail light without fitting a new plug and globe and drilling a hole in the lens case, if I can wire up to the tail lights it will be ok, any suggestions please ?
Cheers
Laurie

Those dual element bulbs act as Tail / Turn / Stop lights

Thanks for that, but I wanted to know HOW to wire it up to work like that, I wire it up as per schematic in the manual it works fine but I disconnect the brake lights, is there someway I can wire the lights to work as tail/brake/turn or do I have to insert another bulb ? no problem with wiring as it is factory fitted

OK, went to the shed, mounted the turn signal switch, hooked all the wires up as per wiring diagram and hey presto all lights work as they are supposed to, if I had done this in the first place instead of stuffing around trying to make it work, I would have saved a lot of time and effort, do it right the first time. OH and by the way I gave myself an uppercut
Cheers
